Description
This is a full-time position for a Support Engineer, aimed at junior to early-mid engineers with strong technical fundamentals and excellent communication skills.
You will be on the front line of production support, monitoring live systems, responding to issues raised by partners and users, and ensuring that problems are triaged, resolved, or escalated efficiently. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and client communication, and is critical to the reliability and trustworthiness of the systems we operate.
You will work closely with software engineers, researchers, and external partners to debug issues, resolve straightforward problems on the fly, and escalate more complex incidents with clear, actionable context. Prior blockchain experience is helpful but not required; you will learn on the job how modern blockchain systems operate across ecosystems such as Axelar, Cosmos, and Ethereum.
The vast majority of our work is open source. You will gain hands-on exposure to real-world blockchain infrastructure and develop practical operational expertise in a production environment.
